Cathedral Window by Machine
July 25th 10:30 am - 4:00 pm. We need a minimum of 8 students for this class.
Please bring a packed lunch.
In this class we will be making an easy rendition of Cathedral Windows that looks
beautiful and difficult but is surprisingly easy.
All by machine!
No hand sewing involved! (I Promise!)
Class supplies:
16 – 10” squares (white or color background)
24 – 2 ½” squares random fabric
These will be your window panes.
Cutting mat, square ruler, rotary cutter, starch ( I like to use terial magic in a
spray bottle. 1 part startch and 2 parts water), pins, ironing mat and iron. Having
an iron is a must. You will also need cardstock or thin cardboard (9¼”square) you
will be ironing on this.
**Sewing machine and thread. Don’t forget your power cord !!
**You only need the cutting mat and ruler if you plan to cut your fabric in class.
