We make every effort to ensure you receive top quality items. If you receive an item that is defective, we will exchange the item or provide a refund. If you receive a damaged shipment, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and clear photos of the package and damaged contents. We will then advise you on next steps.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on cut yardage of fabric or pre-cuts. Notions must be in their original unopened packaging, free from marks and damage and able to be restocked. Packaged batting must be in its original unopened packaging and free from odor, pet hair and any other markings that prevent it from being restocked.
Clearance items are not returnable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not, within 7-10 days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
